Interface: BondClaim

A bond (oc-attest-protocol BOND.md): one unspent coin the account pledged. The token carries floors, never the coin, so an app learns that a coin of at least sats_floor sats, unspent at least days_floor days, backs this account, and nothing about which coin it is.
